We utilize reliable carriers (UPS, USPS, and FedEx) to deliver your order. The best carrier option is automatically chosen based on your order size and destination.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by severe weather, carrier delays, or events beyond our control.

4. Shipping Locations (Where We Ship)

We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO military addresses.

International Shipping: International shipping is not available at this time. We only ship within the United States.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package does not arrive within 10 business days after shipment, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
